Join Samira and George at Aven in Preston. Since opening in 2023, Aven has become known for great food and proper Northern hospitality. Led by directors Alex Blamire and Ole Martin, the team brings together a wealth of experience and a shared passion for showcasing the best of the North.

In the kitchen, Head Chef Sean Wrest draws on his background in Michelin-starred restaurants to create seasonal dishes that are full of flavour and care. Out front, Sam Haigh leads a lovely team who make sure everyone feels right at home.

Aven’s a small, relaxed spot where good food, good people and good times come together to create that proper Northern welcome.
